• Your Email Address
• Your Birth information (date, time, place)

 I do not collect or store your payment details. Payments are handled securely by bank transfer only.
 

3. How I Use Your Information

I use your personal data only for the following purposes:

• To provide the services you request (e.g., astrology readings). 
• To respond to enquiries and communicate with you.
• To keep notes / birth charts incase you return for future readings.

 I do not use your data for marketing purposes, nor do I share it with third parties.  
 

4. How Long I Keep Your Data

•  Client records and notes are retained for 2 years to support future readings if you return.
•  After this time, they will be securely deleted unless you request otherwise.
• Emails may be kept in my inbox for the same period unless you request deletion sooner.
   

5.  How Your Data is Stored and Protected 

•  Client notes are stored on a password-protected laptop.
• Emails are stored in a password-protected email account.
• I take reasonable steps to keep your data secure, but please note that no method of online transmission is 100% secure.
